Initially just spreadsheets for reproduction schemes, value transformation, rent etc. Spreadsheets later become user interface to more complex models.

Starts with toy models purely to illustrate concepts. Moves towards a system with built in class, political, legal and possibly military struggle facilities that can integrate with real world policy development and implementation.
